More than seven in 10 millennials – those born between the early 80s and mid 90s – are set to be overweight or obese between the ages of 35-44, according to estimates by Cancer Research UK. This compares to around five in 10 baby boomers – those born between 1945-55 – who were overweight or obese at the same age. This means millennials are the most overweight generation since current records began.
