BRACE Award Venture Competition

17 September 2021

The Asian Fund for Cancer Research (AFCR) congratulates our six semi-finalists of the 2021 BRACE Award Venture Competition. After the virtual competition on 17 September 2021, one winning business will receive the equivalent of US$300,000 in equity investment funding from AFCR, subject to due diligence and negotiation, which will serve as early seed money for proof of concept and proof of value on the path to clinical trials and, eventually, to new effective therapeutics that could save patients’ lives.

Ready to do more? DONATE NOW and help us double the impact for early-stage oncology start-ups that are creating life-saving innovations!

In addition to the winner selected by the Judging Committee, the BRACE Award Venture Competition is looking to name one of our semi-finalists as the “Best Public Communicator”. AFCR wishes to increase the visibility of our semi-finalists, spread the word about their innovative technologies and help highlight their marketing skills.

Pick your favorite video clip and vote for the company by 17 September 2021! The Best Public Communicator will be awarded HK$5,000. Who will it be? We can’t all be on the official Judging Committee…  but we can ALL Cast our Vote!
