Banish the Blues with a Blue Smoothie

  • 1 banana

  • Half a cup of blueberries

  • Half a cup of blackberries

  • 1 tablespoon of nut butter (peanut, almond or cashew butter)

  • Half a cup of milk, soy milk or almond milk

  • Maple Syrup, honey or agave syrup to taste
