Millennials are shunning face-to-face conversations, preferring to chat online according to research released today by Cancer Research UK’s World Cancer Day campaign. 44% of 18-24 year-old said they felt more comfortable using social media, messaging apps and online to talk to people they didn’t know, with only 37% feeling more comfortable speaking face to face. This compares to 67% of those aged 55 and over.
