World Cancer Day 2016

The global cancer epidemic is huge and is set to rise. Currently 8.2 million people die from cancer worldwide every year, out of which 4 million are premature deaths (aged 30 to 69 years).

Cancer must be stopped now! And you can join us and partners around the world to help make it happen.

Today, February 4, is the World Cancer Day, sponsored by the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC), of which AFCR is a member organization. Today is the time of year when the international cancer community to come together and raise awareness to help save lives.
